Michael Spinks, the International Boxing Federation’s heavyweight champion, and challenger Steffen Tangstad of Norway have been scheduled to fight for the title Sept. 6 at Las Vegas, according to IBF President Robert W. Lee.
Tangstad is the European champion with a 26-1-1 record.
