River Oaks Features Three Floor Plans

Twenty-nine of the 40 houses in the 77-unit River Oaks community in East Highlands near San Bernardino were sold before today’s grand opening of the single-family development.
The three- and four-bedroom houses by Lifetime Homes of California Inc. are offered in three floor plans with 2,085 to 2,485 square feet of living area, priced from $126,990 to $142,990. Move-ins are scheduled for August, and the project will have two phases.
Features include lots averaging 10,000 square feet, Monterey Spanish architecture, air conditioning, vaulted ceilings, wood-burning fireplaces, dining rooms, two- or three-car garages and indoor laundry areas.
Three furnished models are open daily, except Thursdays, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 7560 Canyon Oak Drive, reached from the northbound Tennessee Street (30) exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
