Mendocino County authorities issued an all-points bulletin for the arrest of a former Ventura police officer in the stabbing death of a Fort Bragg resident. Frank Culp, 60, is suspected of stabbing Craig Lundgren, 36, whose body was found at the Usal campground along the county’s northwestern coast, said Sheriff Tim Shea. Shea said Culp, who now lives in Fort Bragg, should be considered armed and extremely dangerous. The sheriff would not discuss the possible motive for the killing.
