A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit against Boeing.

The 2-year-old suit alleged that Boeing discriminated against test pilots who were at least 60 years old. U.S. District Judge Barbara Rothstein held, however, that Boeing’s requirement that test pilots stop flying for safety reasons when they turn 60 was in accord with Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Pilots must switch to another job or leave Boeing when they reach 60.
