Parking Lot Firm Buys L. A. Site

The L&R; Investment Co., a parking lot operator and investment firm, has purchased the 44,420-square-foot parking lot on the southwest corner of 11th Street and Grand Avenue for more than $2 million from the Milton H. Handman Family Trust of 1985.
John Gocke of the Charles Dunn Co. represented both parties. The seller was also represented by the law firm of Grossman, Grant & Cramer.
