All of Trans World Airline’s 630 regularly scheduled flights ran on a normal for the first time since flight attendants went on strike March 7, a company spokesman said. “There are some minor delays, some problems, but all of our flights are on,” TWA spokesman Larry Hilliard said, one day after the union representing the 5,800 strikers rejected the company’s latest contract offer. A union spokesman said it was virtually the same offer as the one that caused the strike. No new negotiations have been scheduled.
