The 36 two-bedroom units in the first phase are offered in two one- and two-level plans with 924 to 1,122 square feet, priced from $87,500 to $105,900.
The monthly homeowners association fee of $78 pays for upkeep of common areas, including a swimming pool and a spa. Bond financing is available for qualified buyers, with 9.15%, 30-year fixed-rate loans.
Features include air conditioning, two-car garages, vaulted ceilings, patios or decks and individual laundry areas. Architecture by Kermit Dorius features exteriors with lap wood siding, wood trim accents, textured stucco and cedar shingle roofs.
Two furnished models and the sales office are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 11888 Brookhaven St., near the Garden Grove civic center.
