ISLAMABAD, Pakistan — Workers Saturday towed away from the runway a Pakistan International Airlines Boeing 747 jumbo jet that made a belly landing at Islamabad International Airport last week. Airport officials said all domestic and international flights will resume today.

“It was a miracle that the lives of all 248 passengers and a crew of 17 were saved,” he said.
