A new library has been dedicated to slain drug enforcement agent Enrique Camarena in the border town of Calexico. Dedication of the $1.2-million memorial library in Camarena’s hometown coincided with the first anniversary of the agent’s abduction in Guadalajara, Mexico, on Feb. 7, 1985.
