John T. Andrews Jr. has been appointed senior vice president at Associated Madison Cos., New York, the holding company for American Can Co.’s financial-services operations.
Andrews had been vice president and general counsel. He retains the latter title and will continue to serve as the chief legal officer for American Can’s financial-services sector.
