PEBBLE BEACH — Heavy rains, which flooded portions of the Pebble Beach Golf Links, forced a cancellation of play today in the AT&T; Pebble Beach National Pro-Am Golf Tournament.
There was no immediate word on whether the weather-plagued tournament will be resumed Tuesday or reduced to a 54-hole event. The leaders, including pacesetter Fuzzy Zoeller, had completed only eight holes when the day’s round was washed out at 12:25 p.m.
