Bio Physics International Inc. of Newport Beach has acquired assets from three advanced medical technology limited partnerships that were developing instruments to monitor microwave radiation levels, monitor episodes related to sudden infant death syndrome and detect breast cancer.
Included in the acquired assets are notes receivable from about 70 limited partners with a face amount of about $1.4 million.
The three limited partnerships Bio Physics acquired are Micormetrics Ltd., SIDS Research Ltd. and Meditherm Ltd.
