Organizers of the 1986 U.S. Olympic Festival said Digger Phelps of Notre Dame, Bill Foster of South Carolina, Gary Williams of Boston College and Ladell Andersen of Brigham Young would coach the four basketball teams in this year’s event.
The Olympic Festival will be held at Houston July 25-Aug. 3.
