Alleged Neo-Nazi Given Life for Killing Trooper

COLUMBIA, Mo. — David Tate, 23, a reputed neo-Nazi convicted of first-degree murder in the slaying of a Missouri state trooper, was sentenced Monday to life in prison with no chance of parole.
Tate, alleged to be a member of The Order, also faces a charge of first-degree assault in the wounding of another trooper. Trial is scheduled for Jan. 28.
