Body of Woman Found Off I-5 Near Irvine

The unidentified body of a woman was found off the side of Jeffrey Road east of the Santa Ana Freeway near Irvine Saturday morning, the Orange County Sheriff’s Department reported.
A passing motorist spotted the body, that of a white female, at about 7 a.m., Lt. Tom Conner said. The woman’s name, cause of death and other details were not available Saturday.
