Seniors’ Home Planned

A $10-million, 235-unit congregate care home in Santee for active seniors will be designed by Sillman/Wyman & Associates, a Dan Diego architectural and engineering firm. Construction on the site in the 8900 block of Cottonwood Avenue will begin early next year.
