Camden Park, a group of new view-oriented, single-family homes in Escondido holds its grand opening today, with sales offices located at 665 Ingleside Place.

The project of Calderon Nakamura & Associates of Irvine, offers a choice of three single-level plans priced from $99,900 to $135,900 and ranging in size from 1,100 to 1,500 square feet, with three bedrooms and two baths.

Largest of the three floor plans has separate areas for formal or casual activities and a private laundry area; all homes have vaulted ceilings, dining room and carpeting throughout, with large master suites, fully equipped kitchens and large pantry and oak cabinets.
