Saga Corp., Menlo Park, announced the following changes in its restaurant group: Walter E. (Ed) Johnson has been appointed chairman of the board and William J. Shaw has been appointed president of the Grandy’s Restaurant unit, and Everett F. (Jeff) Jefferson has been appointed president of Straw Hat Pizza.
