Presiding Judge Named: Judge Marvin Weeks has been unanimously elected by his colleagues to serve as the presiding judge of the West Orange County Municipal Court in Westminster. Weeks has been a Municipal Court judge since 1975. Judge William Mock was unanimously elected as assistant presiding judge of the same district. Their terms begin on Jan. 1.
