Reagans Delayed as Copter Flies Around Bad Weather

WASHINGTON — President Reagan’s helicopter was forced to fly around bad weather Sunday, delaying by half an hour his return to the White House from the presidential retreat at Camp David, Md. Nancy Reagan was with him.
