Office Project Phase Finished

Construction is complete on the $4.5-million, 58,126-square-foot Tech Center East building at the southwest corner of Huntington Drive and Shamrock Avenue in Monrovia, according to George Boone Associates, the developer.
The building is the first of a four-phase master plan that will include structures directly west and adjacent to California Avenue, and the northwest corner of Huntington Drive and Shamrock Avenue. Tech Center East is a product of Monrovia’s redevelopment agency, which acquired the site. The architect is Richard Chan Associates, Whittier.
