The newly renovated Cineplex Odeon Showcase Cinema (formerly the Gordon theater), 614 La Brea Ave., will reopen Oct. 11 with the Los Angeles premiere of “Colonel Redl.”
The 800-seat theater features a new 70-millimeter screen and Dolby Stereo sound system. Information: (213) 934-2944.
