Anti-Terrorist Funds Requested

WASHINGTON — President Reagan, quietly responding to two anti-American terrorist attacks in June, asked Congress today for almost $90 million to improve airline security and fight terrorism in Central America.
The requests--an extra $54 million to help six Central American nations and $35.6 million for the Federal Aviation Administration--were contained in a routine bill sent to Congress, a $282-million reduction in outlays for the Small Business Administration.
