‘Commuter Computer’ Leases Office Space

Commuter Transportation Services Inc., widely known as “Commuter Computer,” has leased a 23,050-square-foot full floor at the Paramount Plaza, 3550-80 Wilshire Blvd., for 10 years at an aggregate rental of about $4 million
The lease was negotiated by Merrit Real Estate Group, exclusive leasing agent for the 861,400-square-foot, two-tower, 20-story Paramount Plaza, which is now 85% leased.
