Rachel Perry Inc. settled a lawsuit with K mart.

The Chatsworth-based skin-care products company agreed to pay the Troy, Mich.-based retailer $275,000 to settle claims that Rachel Perry allegedly had fixed resale prices and prevented K mart from obtaining its products. In a suit filed in federal court in Michigan two years ago, K mart charged that Rachel Perry pressured one of its wholesalers to stop supplying the skin-care products to K mart.
