Work Under Way on Azusa Condos

Construction is under way at Crystal Canyon condominiums, a 365-unit master-planned townhouse and condominium community at 1653 Crystal Canyon Drive, Azusa. The development is located in the 22-acre “island” bounded by Azusa and Sierra Madre avenues, Foothill Boulevard and San Gabriel Canyon Road.
Part of a major city redevelopment project, it is being developed by Relco Industries, which is Constructing 110 units as the first of three neighborhoods. They range from one bedroom and den to three bedrooms, and prices are scheduled to begin at $99,000, with opening in late September.
