The Kern River claimed two more lives this week. Searchers located the body Wednesday of a man who drowned while on an inner-tube on the Kern with his sister. Anthony Haywood, 27, of Redondo Beach, and his sister Robin, Robin, 20, an airwoman stationed a Edwards AFB, were reported missing last Saturday morning. The woman’s body was found Tuesday.
