KCET is one of our favorite channels....

KCET is one of our favorite channels. We so much enjoy its excellent programs, but the station goofed when it permitted Anthony Burgess to do the commentary on Rome in the travel series, “Cities.” The pictures themselves were excellent, but Burgess’ commentary was in very poor taste: bigoted, disparaging, censorious and insulting to many viewers. The program is a travelogue, not one man’s view of history, true or not.
