Four Juveniles Booked in Shooting of Westminster Man During Fight

A Westminster man was hospitalized early Wednesday after being shot during a fight with four juveniles in a Westminster parking lot.
Anthony Hernandez Cedillo, 26, was taken to Fountain Valley Community Hospital, where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the left shoulder and released. The incident occurred at about 2:30 a.m. near Westminster Avenue and Newland Street, Police Lt. David Wiggs said. Patrolling officers heard shots and saw a car carrying four youths leaving the scene, Wiggs said.
Two pistols, one of which had been reported stolen in Garden Grove, were found in the car. Four male juveniles, three from Stanton and one from Garden Grove, were booked at Orange County Juvenile Hall on suspicion of attempted murder.
