Initial Phase of Fontana Homes Opens

The first phase of 31 single-family detached homes opens today at Base Line Road and Locust Avenue in Fontana, initiating San Bernardino-based Century Homes’ Wildwood community that will eventually contain 118 residences.
The homes, priced from $73,990 to $89,990 with FHA and VA financing available, are offered in four 1,120- to 1,650-square-foot floor plans with three bedrooms and two or three baths in one and two stories.
Homes feature tile roofs, landscaped front yards with sprinklers, and attached two-car garages; three plans have wood-burning fireplaces. Lots average 7,200 square feet. First move-ins are scheduled for September and the four decorated models are open daily from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.
