Skip Paul has joined MCA Inc. as president of MCA Enterprises, an investment subsidiary of the Universal City-based entertainment company. Paul, who had been vice president of Atari until 1983, will be responsible for the development, expansion and acquisition of business opportunities outside of the United States.
Karen Lerner has been appointed vice president-motion picture production, East Coast, for MGM/UA Entertainment Co.
CALIFORNIA
Gerald D. Luedke has been appointed vice president-finance and operations of the San Francisco office of Dancer Fitzgerald Sample, a New York-based advertising agency.
Sherry Lynn Mericle has been named vice president of BankAmerica Realty Services, a real estate investment trust headquartered in San Francisco.
Jackson S. Gouraud has resigned as chairman and a director at Servamatic Systems Inc. in San Ramon. The company said Gouraud, 66, will pursue personal interests and will continue as a consultant to the company. Harvey R. Anderson, president and chief executive, has been named acting chairman. Gouraud had been chairman and a director since 1982.

Bruce Slovin, chairman of the executive committee of Pantry Pride Inc., has been named president of the supermarket firm. Slovin succeeds Roger Galassini, who will remain on the company’s board and serve as a consultant.
