Isuzu will open a bus chassis plant in Kentucky.

The company said it plans to open the assembly plant in Russellville next spring. In discussions with the state’s commerce department, Isuzu Truck of America estimated that the new plant will provide about 30 jobs for assembly workers. Isuzu has purchased an existing 79,104-square-foot facility on 14.5 acres of land in Russellville. Isuzu’s total investment in the project will be about $3 million.
