The Planning Commission has approved the construction of a six-unit condominium at 1024 Bay St. The applicant, Grant Wada, said that five of the units will sell for $150,000 to $175,000. One unit in the building will be availble as low-cost housing. Some residents in the area opposed the project. The commission approved it on a 6-1 vote.
