Waiting-List Applications for Senior Housing Taken
- Share via
Although the Emerald Cove housing complex is filled, applications for the senior citizen apartments will continue to be accepted for a waiting list. The complex’s 164 studio and one-bedroom apartments range from $237 to $315 in monthly rent. The project--owned by the city’s Redevelopment Agency but managed by a private company--is located south of Talbert Avenue and west of Beach Boulevard. Applications are available in the project’s clubhouse or at the Rodgers Seniors Center, 17th Street and Orange Avenue. They can be picked up in person, or by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Emerald Cove, 18191 Parktree Circle, 92648. The $6-million complex was completed in April.
