Israeli Foreign Minister Yitzhak Shamir, embarking Sunday on a 10-day trip to Britain, France and Denmark, said he will appeal to British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher to lift the arms embargo she imposed on Israel after its 1982 invasion of Lebanon, the daily Tel Aviv newspaper Haaretz reported.
