Outdated Word

I would like to call your attention to a word that I feel has become outdated. I am referring to the word accident.
Since we are bombarded from every media corner with lawyers claiming everyone is entitled to compensation for any accident that happens to them, I propose the word “accident” be changed to “opportunity.”
If the lawyers are right, every slip in the shower, every fall down the stairs, every car wreck is more accurately an “opportunity.”
