A chinatown jewelry store proprietor----wounded in a December shoot-out that left one policeman and two gunmen dead----identified in court two defendants he said had fired at him. Jeweler Robert Lee said he was shot at by Hau Cheong Chan, 29, of Alhambra andb Sang Nam Shinh,19, of Rosemead, as he attempted to jab at them with a broomstick in a back room of the Jin Hing & Co. jewelry store. Lee, who was wounded in the chest, was testifying at a Los Angeles Municipal Court Preliminary hearing.
