PHOENIX, Ariz. — Glenn W. Turner, creator of the “Dare to be Great” motivational plan, was arrested on charges of conspiracy and operating an illegal pyramid scheme, officials said Wednesday.
A 126-count state grand jury indictment named Turner and two associates in Challenge Inc., a firm he founded with headquarters in Goldenrod, Fla.
The three were accused of defrauding 25 Arizona residents, promising them incomes of $1,000 to $3,000 a month if they invested their money to become salespersons.
