AMARILLO, Tex. — Melinda Denham scored 29 points and grabbed 12 rebounds to lead top-seeded Texas Tech (23-7) past Cal State Fullerton (17-11) Thursday night, 71-68, in the first round of the National Women’s Invitation Tournament.
