Stonebridge Development Opens Today

Stonebridge, a 225-unit, 40.5-acre development by Griffin Homes that combines New England-style exteriors with contemporary interiors opens today in Moreno Valley, formerly the unincorporated community of Sunnymead south of Riverside.
The first phase of the single-family project has 51 New England-styled two-, three- and four-bedroom houses in four one- and two-story floor plans with 939 to 1,600 square feet. Prices range from $73,950 to $96,950 and move-ins are scheduled for June.
Design features include formal dining rooms, wood-burning fireplaces, attached two-car garages, central air conditioning and front-yard landscaping.
Financing programs include VA and FHA financing, graduated payment mortgages with qualifying interest rates of 7.88% and 10.95%, 30-year fixed-rate mortgages.
A sales office and four furnished models are open daily from 10 a.m to 5 p.m., near Pigeon Pass Road and Ironwood Avenue.
