After pleading guilty to charges that he stopped four motorists while posing as a police officer and then robbed them, a former Community Youth Gang Services worker has been sentenced to five years in prison. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Everett E. Ricks Jr. imposed the sentence on Tyrone (Treetop) King, 35, of Lynwood, an “intervenor” for the city- and county-funded social service agency for street gang members.
