Warner Communications, New York, said it has completed the previously announced sale of its Los Angeles-based Panavision subsidiary to two investor groups for $52.5 million . . .The Agriculture Department reported that the Soviet Union has bought an additional 100,000 metric tons of corn--about 3.94 million bushels--for delivery through Sept. 30.
