Stop-Smoking Program in National City

NATIONAL CITY — A five-day plan to quit smoking is scheduled for March 10-14 in the West Auditorium of Paradise Valley Hospital, 2400 E. 4th St. in National City, from 7:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Participants are expected to gain a new understanding of why they smoke, their choice to smoke and how to develop the skills they need to kick the tobacco habit. The program costs $25.
