Stonegate Townhomes Opens Units in Rancho Cucamonga

The first phase of 56 town houses opens today at Stonegate Townhomes, planned for a total of 114, at Base Line and Hermosa avenues in Rancho Cucamonga.

Against the backdrop of the San Bernardino Mountains, the community’s Spanish-styled homes are priced from $79,995 to $93,995, with first move-ins scheduled for May.

Four floor plans, with one and two stories, offer two or three bedrooms and one to 2 1/2 baths in 976 to 1,320 square feet of living area.

Each home has a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and a separate dining room. Other standard features include private patios off the living rooms, formal entries, air conditioning and attached two-car garages with automatic door openers.

The community’s landscaped grounds and recreation area with pool and spa are maintained through a homeowners association for a fee of $109 a month. Four furnished models are open from 10 a.m to 5 p.m. daily except Wednesdays and Thursdays.
