The Redevelopment Agency has decided to seek development proposals for the Ince-Robertson area.
Property owners and businesses that occupy space or have expressed interest in building on the 3.7-acre site between Ince, Robertson, Washington and Culver boulevards may submit proposals.
The agency has long been interested in redeveloping the area, now used primarily for light industry, storage facilities and automobile sales and repair. In 1980 it adopted a design for development that called for expanding the existing light industrial and commercial uses, as well as attracting new businesses.
Proposals are due April 1.
