Hole No. 3 (Flowering Peach)
350 yards, par 4
Tiger Woods parred. Bombed his drive at Augusta National’s shortest par-4 into the short rough left of the fairway, but watched his wedge approach check up shorter than he’d anticipated. A 14-foot birdie chance dove beneath the hole at the very end.
Today: 1-under par.
Tournament: 5-under.
Standing: Tied for second, two shots behind Fred Couples (7-under through 6).
